Overview:
The Define Users window lets you create, modify, or view security for a PENTA user. You can also modify and/or view a user’s permissions, and inactivate a user account within this window.
Any changes made to the User’s Id in this window override access granted by the Security Groups window, and will require the User to log out and back in to reset security for the PENTA session.
Note: PENTA maintains an audit history of changes users make to values in the Define Users window. When changes occur, PENTA populates multiple new audit tables with the previous values, the ID of the user who made the change, and the modification date and time.
