Overview:

In Project Administration you can define a status code when entering a Drawing record in PENTA to track the status of the Drawing.  In the Drawing Status Codes window is where you can set up user define codes/description that are placed in 3 buckets: Closed, Open, and Cancelled.

Benefits:

  • Provides the flexibility to customize status codes to track Drawings
  • Provides the ability to track the status of Drawings

  • Project Manager

  • Project Management > Setup > Project Administration > Drawing Status Codes
