Overview:

The Customer Technician Preference window allows you to record a Customer’s (and optionally Customer Location’s) preferences for particular technicians. Among other information, you can identify “Preferred” or “Do Not Assign” technicians. The status of 'Preferred' or 'Do Not Assign', are examples of Customer Technician Status Codes. The below training video walks through the process of creating/managing Customer Technician Status Codes. 

Benefits:

  • Provides preferred technician defaults by customer/location, indicates which technicians are preferred or not preferred/allowed
  • Limits situations where the wrong technician is dispatched
