Overview:

The Customer Equipment Class Categories window allows you to create categories which you can use to group similar Customer Equipment Classes and identify which OUs have authorization for each code. Examples of these categories are Air-Cooled Chillers, Boilers, and Rooftop Units. 

Benefits:

  • Useful for organizing different customer equipment classes into a specific category

  • Service Management Setup Manager
