Overview:

Since a unit billing rate schedule may vary based on the geographic region the work is performed, the Regions window is used to define the different geographic regions you perform Work Orders (if you bill your customers on a unit rate basis and your billing rates vary by geographic region). Associate one or more city/state combinations with a region. PENTA can automatically assign the appropriate region to a Work Order based on its location city and state.

You can optionally define which unions have jurisdiction over each city/state combination. When you assign a region to a Work Order, PENTA populates the Work Order with the associated unions for union reciprocity calculations.
