Overview:

The Maintenance Contract Status Change Reasons window allows you to create reasons why a user might change the Status on a Maintenance Contract. PENTA makes the reasons you record here available in other windows where users must enter a reason for changing a Maintenance Contract’s Status.

Benefits:

  • Ability to track change reasons to identify why the maintenance contract status was updated
  • User defined list to best facilitate your process
