Overview:

The W-2 Generation window allows you to produce the following items related to W-2 returns:

  • W-2 Audit Report
  • Paper W-2 copies for employees and employer files
  • Electronic file for submitting W-2s to the SSA
  • Electronic files for submitting W-2s to states
  • Paper copy for submitting W-2s to local jurisdictions
  • Electronic files for submitting W-2s to select local jurisdictions
