Overview:

A subcontract change order is change to an already established subcontract agreement, typically between the primary contractor on a job, and an independent third party. After creating/linking a subcontract change order, a separate Subcontract Change Order document is typically generated in PENTA, and sent to the subcontractor for authorization/signature. 

Benefits:

  • Used to get sign-off/approval for extra work
  • Track original vs subcontract changes

  • Project Administrator
  • Project Manager

  • Project Management > Committed Costs > Subcontracts
