Overview:

In Project Administration you can define a status code when entering a drawing record in PENTA to track the drawing.  In the Drawing Status Codes window is where you can setup user define codes/description that are placed in 3 buckets: Closed, Open, and Cancelled.

Benefits:

  • Provides the flexibility to customize status codes to track drawings
  • Provides the ability to track the status of Drawings

Roles:

  • Project Manager

  • Project Management > Setup > Project Administration > Drawing Status Codes
