Overview:

The Product Pricing - Sales Orders is used to create the pricing schedule for products.  The pricing schedule can then be assigned to the Inventory pricing schedule for the Unit Price to invoice customers, or as the basis price to markup.

Benefits:

  • Using as the basis price for markup means that all customers would see the same cost for a product and not the true cost of the product.  This means there are potentially 2 markups on the product.

Roles:

  • Warehouse Manager
  • Billing Clerk

Additional Content

  • If using the Product Pricing Schedule for the basis amount for the invoice markup, and receipts/AP Invoice support documentation is required, then the cost and receipt/AP Invoice will not match.
  • Standard Inventory Pricing Schedule
