Overview:

The Technician Board will display all available technicians that have been selected within your Technician Filter. For each technician, the board will display in process work orders, as well as assigned work orders. Using the Dispatch Profile option in the top right hand corner, work orders on the board can appear with different text or background colors. One common example is highlighting emergency priority work orders in a bright red color. If your organization is tracking on call and unavailable time, this information will also be displayed below the technicians name on the board.
