Overview:

The Service Level Agreement Business Hour Calendars window allows you to create a business calendar which lists the days and hours of the week a business is open and closed, as well as any other calendar dates for which your customers would like to specify their hours

Benefits:

  • Establish the service days/hours agreed upon under the service level agreement
