Overview:

A Service Level Agreement is part of a contract which defines exactly what level of services are provided. The Service Level Agreement Action Codes window defines what a code and description for the service action being agreed to. It also provides an association of any work order status code(s) that correspond to that action.

Benefits:

  • Establish/assign the service action that is being agreed to under the service level agreement
