When I click "Generate Report" in TEP the report opens but doesn't show anything.

Resolution/Fix/Answer
Clear the cache in your browser and attempt to generate the report again.
If you are still unable to generate the report, please submit a Service Desk ticket and reference this article. You may require a TEP update which is compatible with OnBase 17 SP1.
