Resolution/Fix/Answer

If a Job's status is set to 'Closed' Status, when Revenue Recognition is run it will automatically change to 'Delete' status.

When running a revenue recognition process, if a job that has a closed status did not get updated to delete, and earned revenue was not set to billed to date, it is likely caused by one of the following:

  1. Job 'Closed' status is dated after the revenue recognition date
  2. Job has an 'Active' status that is dated after the revenue recognition date
  3. Job has costs dated after the revenue recognition date
  4. Job has billings or billing adjustments posted after the revenue recognition date
  5. Job has a posted forecast dated after the revenue recognition date
