Reviewing Bonus Check Calculations appears to show no tax for SUI withheld, why?

SUI can be skipped on the bonus check if a limit was entered for SUI and the limit was reached prior to the bonus check being processed.

A limit can be in place and then removed as well. If that happens the Earn limit will remain the same, then start increasing gradually once removed:
