Overview:
Use the Contract Information window to enter, modify, or view invoice lines for the contract. Contract line items are required within this window if you plan to issue either a manual billing or automated billing from PENTA. The job must be a line item job (as defined in the Job Information window) in order to establish line items.
This window opens in query mode; you can only query line item jobs through this window.
Benefits:
- Provides the ability to add or modify Contract Line information, regardless of Line Item Type
- Allows users to set up new Contract Line Items for preexisting Jobs
