Issue/Symptom/Question

I'm logged into PENTA for Windows and I would like to launch the PENTA Knowledge Base to search for articles. Is there a link within PENTA for Windows that I can use to get there?

Resolution/Fix/Answer

If you launch the PENTA workbench, there is a link that will take you to the PENTA Knowledge Base.

  1. Log into PENTA for Windows.
    1. The Help Menu has access in newer versions of PENTA, or

    2. Double click on The PENTA Workbench Menu item. (The workbench may also be set to automatically launch when you log into PENTA for Windows)



      1. Once the workbench loads, click on the down arrow to the right of your username.
      2. Click on the link for PENTA Knowledge Base.


         
  2. If it asks for your PENTA License Key, enter it and click on Login.



  3. You are now logged into the PENTA Knowledge Base.
