Overview:

The Invoicing Tab of Job information is used to add information to print on an invoice and set invoicing rules, such as pricing schedules, invoice limits, and retention.

Benefits:

  • Allows each job to have different billing rules to comply with most contracts
    • Not to Exceed
    • Retention
  • Track multiple jobs for one contract and combine to bill under one invoice

Roles:

  • Project Manager/Coordinator
  • Billing Dept
