Overview:
The Degree Types window allows you to define all of the Education Degree Types that you are interested in tracking in PENTA's Human Resources module. Once Degree Type have been setup in the system, they can be assigned to employees. The Employee Profile Search window can then be utilized to search for a list of employees that have a specific degree or combination of degrees (or any other skill/certification).
Examples of Degree Types:
- Bachelor of Arts
- Bachelor of Architecture
- Bachelor of Engineering
- Bachelor of Technology
Benefits:
- Track employee education degrees
- Search for employees based on degree type
