Overview:
This window provides the ability to define a master list of manufacturers to be referenced in the system. Although this window is located under the purchase setup area of PENTA, the manufacturers setup here can be used multiple modules, including Purchasing (Vendor Catalogs) and Service Management (Customer Equipment)
Benefits:
- Ability to know the manufacturer on products and customer equipment in the system
- Useful for tracking manufacturer warranty information
