Overview:

As Issues are created/update in PENTA's Project Administration module, each Issue is associated to an Issue status code. The Issue Status Code window allows you to define each status code to properly track the status of each Issue in your process. Issue status codes/descriptions can be placed in 3 buckets: Closed, Open, and Cancelled.


Benefits:

  • Provides flexibility to customize status codes to track Issues
  • Provides the ability to track the status of Issues
