Overview:


Hiring Locations are a critical setup item for customers using Penta's EEO and VETS-4212 reporting. Hiring Locations are set up in their own screen (Hiring Locations Screen) and will then dictate how the employee shows up or is categorized within the EEO report.  Hiring Locations are set up by Legal Entity and define a number of attributes describing the location at which a given employee or employees can or have been hired. Hiring Locations are not required to be assigned to employees, however, if a hiring location is not assigned to an employee record, PENTA associates that employee with the headquarters location on EEO reports.
