Is there a way for me or a resource at PENTA to load Tax Jurisdictions & Rates?

Resolution/Fix/Answer
Although PENTA does not offer a load mechanism for end users, Penta does offer a resource to upload tax jurisdictions as long as they can be provided in an Excel spreadsheet. Attached is the file format that the data is needed in.
If assistance is needed on loading Tax Jurisdictions, please submit a Service Desk ticket and reference this article. Please provide the following information in the Service Desk ticket:
- Database where you would like the tax jurisdictions uploaded
- A fully populated 'Sales Tax Jurisdictions.xlsx' file
