Issue/Symptom/Question

  • When querying back Customer and navigating to the Operational tab, I try to remove the Customer Hold Code XXX
  • PENTA is giving an internal app error
  • Need to remove this hold in order to invoice

Environment

  • Customer Information window
  • Customer location hold is listed as 'No Hold'

Resolution/Fix/Answer

Please contact your PENTA Representative to remove the hold code from the customer
