Overview:

The Standard Line Items window allows you to create, maintain and delete predefined line items structures which can be copied to jobs during the job setup process. Pre-defining Standard Line Items for similar type jobs streamlines the job setup process by avoiding the manual creation of line items for each new job. 

Benefits:

  • Ability to create standard pre-defined line item structures which can be copied to new jobs during the job setup process
  • Reduces the amount of manual data entry during the job setup process
  • Can be used for lump sum, unit price, and cost plus/T&M jobs

  • Project Administrator
  • Billing Clerk
