Overview:

In Project Administration there is a record type called a Daily Report. These reports are used to collect information on events that occurred on the job site, for example: weather conditions, visitors who was on site, etc. The Daily Reports in PENTA have status codes that are set up in the Daily Reports Status Codes window.  The status codes can be set up as their own user define codes/descriptions that are placed in 3 buckets: Closed, Open, and Cancelled. 

Benefits:

  • These customizable report status codes are used for reporting purposes
