Overview:
The Labor Productivity Maintenance window allows the addition and modification of Labor Productivity records in PENTA. Labor Productivity records are set up with Base Hours and Target Rates/Hours. There are multiple Labor Productivity reports in PENTA that utilize concepts such as Base Hours per week and projected Billable Hours per week. Leveraging this with other PENTA Payroll capabilities, allows management to compare projected productivity estimates with actual productivity output on an employee by employee basis.
