Overview:

For companies that submit certified payroll reports electronically, various agencies may have different reporting requirements. For example, Agency ABC may require a different file format, or ethnicity codes, than Agency DEF. This video walks you through setting up certified payroll Agencies in PENTA, so they can be assigned to jobs/contracts, to ensure PENTA creates a valid electronic file format for each Agency.
