Overview:
A Location Class is a group of related warehouse locations whose inventory values you maintain together as one (finished goods, stock inventory, defective inventory, scrap, etc.). The Location Class window is where one or more location class for the warehouses is defined. PENTA processes inventory transactions by warehouse and location; PENTA determines the general ledger inventory account to use in the transaction based on the location class/location created in the Location Class window.
