Overview:

PTO Accrual Balances can be verified with the PTO Audit - Summary and PTO Audit - Detail Reports to review a large number of employees PTO Balances.  If inquiring about a specific employee's balance, that can be viewed in the PTO popup on the employee's master record.

Benefits:

  • PTO is used on timecards in PENTA, so tracking and validating PTO balances is easier if managed in one system.

  • Payroll Manager
  • Payroll Admin
  • Controller
