- Re-enter the Server User ID and Server Password for the User experiencing the error in the Define Users screen.
The Server User Id and Server Password fields are case sensitive. If the Server User Id is abc and you enter it as ABC, users will continue to get the error messages. - User will need to log out and back into PENTA for Windows
If you do not have access to update Users please either contact your internal IT department the person at your company who sets up PENTA for Windows users in this screen.
Cause
The user does not have a Server User Id or Server Password on their User Id or the Server User and/or Password is incorrect.
