Resolution/Fix/Answer

  •  Re-enter the Server User ID and Server Password for the User experiencing the error in the Define Windows Users screenSystem Management > Security > Define Users
    .
    The Server User Id and Server Password fields are case sensitive. If the Server User Id is abc and you enter it as ABC, users will continue to get the error messages.Image Modified
  • User will need to log out and back into PENTA for Windows

If you do not have access to update Users please either contact your internal IT person or log a Service Desk ticket providing the following information:

  • User Id

Cause 

The User is not able to connect/log-in to the PENTA Server without a server username and password defined in their user record, or incorrect the person at your company who sets up PENTA for Windows users in this screen. 

Cause 

The user does not have a Server User Id or Server Password on their User Id or the Server User and/or Password is enteredincorrect.
