Overview:
The Non-Productive Tasks window allows you to set up non-productive tasks that will be available for selection on technicians’ mobile devices. Examples of non-productive tasks are restocking a work vehicle with parts, attending safety training, waiting for parts, etc. Other information that can be defined for each task include which general ledger account to which PENTA will charge time for the Non-Productive Task and identifying which OUs have authorization for each task.
Benefits:
- Useful for setting up overhead tasks for technicians to use that are not being distributed directly to a work order or maintenance contract.
