Overview:
The Customer Categories window allows you identify specific categories that you can assign to a customer or location to alert call takers of important information in order to follow different procedures or protocols when dealing with these different classifications of customers. Examples of categories are New System Installed, At Risk, and National Account. You can identify which OUs have authorization for each category, mark the effective active date for each category, and give any special guidelines for a category.

- Useful for relaying important information about a customer or location to a call taker.
