Overview:
The Quote Status Codes window allows you to create status codes that represent different stages in the life cycle of a Quote. This window is for tracking status codes specific to quotes that were entered/maintained outside of the system. The Service Quote Status Codes window can be used to setup status codes for Quote that were created in PENTA and that you are maintaining in PENTA.
Benefits:
- Track the current status of each quote in they systemAllows for the ability to track status, even if you are not using PENTA's quoting module
