Overview:
The Customer Technician Preference window allows you to record a Customer's or Customer Location's preferences for particular technicians. Setting the preference of a technician can be identified by one or more service types and call types. Among other information, you can identify "Preferred" or "Do Not Assign" technicians.
Benefits:
- Useful for specifying which technician is the preferred technician for a customer or customer location
- Useful for specifying which technician should not be assigned to work for a customer or customer location
