Overview:
The Contact Type Maintenance window can be used to provide additional information for both Customer and Vendor contacts. Contact Types can be setup set up and made available to be used on customer contacts, vendor contacts, regulatory agency contacts, or a combination of these entities. Below are a few examples of commonly used contact typesContact Types:
- Sales
- Accounts Receivable/Billing
- Accounts Payable
- Bid Contact Information
- Operational
