This field will be available for entry only when:
- the value is Config_key of 'XOiEnabled' should be set to 'Y' in the Configuration table, which enables XOi in the environment.
- the technician is enabled as a MFS user. (Y in 'Mobile Filed Service User' field)
Note: The email address will be accepted in the XOi Email Address field only when it has @ and . characters, otherwise it will throw an error.
