Resolution/Fix/Answer
- Clear the cache in your browser and attempt to generate the report again.
- Make sure you have the PM - Activity Log Report Document Type for your Security Group.
- Next check their OnBase Privileges and make sure the Security Group has all of the boxes checked.
- If you are still unable to generate the report, please submit a Service Desk ticket and reference this article. You may require a TEP update which is compatible with OnBase 17 SP1.
