Overview:
The Call Priorities window allows you to establish a hierarchy of values that categorize the urgency of incoming calls and the Work Orders associated with them as well as identify which OUs have authorization for each code. Examples of priority are high, intermediate, and low—any type of code that identifies a Work Order’s priority.
Benefits:
- Useful for tracking level of importance for each work order
