Authorization Failed
Invalid Username/Password message pops up when a PENTA window is opened

- PENTA for Windows
- System Management > Security > Define Users
Resolution/Fix/Answer
- Re-enter the Server User Password for the User experiencing the error in the Define Windows screen
- System Management > Security > Define Users
- System Management > Security > Define Users
- User will need to log out and back into PENTA for Windows
If you do not have access to update Users please either contact your internal IT person department or log a Service Desk ticket providing the following information:
- User Id
Cause
The User is not able to connect/log-in to the PENTA Server without a server username and password defined in their user record, or incorrect user does not have a Server User Id or Server Password on their User Id or the Server User and/or Password is enteredincorrect.
