Resolution/Fix/Answer
- Re-enter the Server User Password for the User experiencing the error in the Define Windows screen
- System Management > Security > Define Users
- System Management > Security > Define Users
- User will need to log out and back into PENTA for Windows
If you do not have access to update Users please either contact your internal IT person or log a Service Desk ticket providing the following information:
- User Id
Cause
The User is not able to connect/log-in to the PENTA Server without a server username and password defined in their user record, or incorrect Server User and/or Password is entered.
