Overview:

The Provincial Statutory Vacation Pay Information window allows you to define the elements that PENTA should include or exclude in the calculation of Statutory Vacation Pay (SVP). You can indicate whether an employee is subject to SVP in the Employee Payroll Information window and specify the SVP rates in either the Payroll Classes or Employee Payroll Information windows.

Note: This window pertains to payroll tax calculation for employees associated with a Payroll Country Code of CAN in the Employee Payroll Information window and has no impact on the tax calculation for employees with a Payroll Country Code of USA.

  • Enables full PENTA Users to run payroll for work done in Canada.
  • Allow Payroll personnel the flexibility to adapt their processes as Canadian Payroll Compliance changes.
