Overview:
The Cycle Count Codes window is used to create the code to assign to a Product in a Warehouse to determine how frequent it should be counted. When performing counts, the Physical Inventory Count process can include all products that are Due based on the last time they were counted, instead of counting all products all the time. Frequent transaction products might need to be counted more often than items that sit in the warehouse for a long period of time to ensure enough quantity are on hand. Assign a Cycle Count Code with a 30 day period to the frequent transaction item to trigger a count every 30 days.
