Overview:

Prior to running the payroll check process, its important to perform one last validation on the pay period payroll. The training video walks through running a few of the various payroll exception reports, with the goal of catching mistakes. 

Benefits:

  • Validating the hours on a daily basis BEFORE timecards are distributed cuts down on manual cost adjustments after the fact
  • This report should also be utilized to ensure all hours have been distributed prior to processing payroll for a period end date
