When selecting Equipment Service History on the device no history is displayed.

Resolution/Fix/Answer
The Equipment Service History shows a list of WO's that have had the equipment assigned to them and have cost on the WO. If no cost has been associated with the WO yet, then the WO will not appear in the EQ Service History. To get history, select the get data button on the EQ history screen. The number of records brought back with each get data will be what is set in the Mobile Field Service - Configuration screen, Service History - Number of Calls for Site/Equipment field.
