Customize List of Values

Overview:

The Customize List of Values (LOV) allows Users with SQL knowledge to copy an existing LOV and adjust it to return additional information in the popup.  The LOV can be set to query automatically or have Users enter in information to query to reduce the results in the LOV for faster identification of the field value.  This is rarely used in PENTA.

Benefits:

  • Customized LOVs can be used to provide additional information for Users, for example, the comments on a Product provide information needed for Purchasing Agents
