West Virginia electronic quarterly wage reporting includes a required field for West Virginia County Name on the Code S Employee Record.

We have created a new User Defined Field named ‘West Virginia County Name’ that is associated with the EMPLOYEE table.

Open the User Defined Fields popup window on the Master tab of the Employee Payroll Information window, and you will see this new UDF.

It will have a List of Values with the West Virginia county names.

This will be your method for getting the county names into the system for the West Virginia employees.
