I am looking to add a window to a security group, so all users assigned to the security group have access to the PENTA window

How can I authorize users to view windows they cannot see?

System Management > Security > Security Groups

Resolution/Fix/Answer

• Navigate to the Security Groups window

• Query back the Security Group that you are looking to add window access to

  • NOTE: All users that are assigned this security group will be affected by this change. If you are looking to only update on users access, please check out How do I Add or Remove a Security Group for a User in Penta?

• Locate the menu item on the Menu Security tab, highlight that menu item, and click 'Allow'

• Close the window. All users assigned to the security group will now have access to the additional menu item
